饲料中不同磷源对南美白对虾仔虾生长及体成分的影响

摘要(Abstract):
本实验通过在饲料中添加3种不同的无机水合磷源,来研究比较各磷源对南美白对虾仔虾生长存活率及体成分的影响,从而探索南美白对虾仔虾饲料的最佳磷源。实验设置4个实验组,分别添加磷源NaH2PO4-2H2O、KH2PO4-2H2O、Ca(H2PO4)2-2H2O和不添加磷源以作对照,其它饲料成分均相同,且3个磷源添加组的饲料磷含量相同,饲养周期为30天,然后测定实验仔虾的生长存活率和体成分指数。结果显示,增重率和生长率最高的是KH2PO4-2H2O组,最低的是没有添加磷源的对照组,但是添加了磷源的实验组之间没有显著差异,对照组和NaH2PO4-2H2O组、Ca(H2PO4)2-2H2O组之间也没有显著差异,而KH2PO4-2H2O组与对照组之间存在显著差异。仔虾存活率最高的也是KH2PO4-2H2O组,且与其余3个实验组存在显著差异;而其余3个实验组之间不存在显著差异。在仔虾体成分方面4个实验组之间均不存在显著性差异。实验结果表明,在饲料中添加磷源能促进南美白对虾仔虾的生长,且KH2PO4-2H2O是南美白对虾仔虾饲料的最佳磷源。
